We begin by reviewing your design drawings and 3D models to assess manufacturability. Our engineering team collaborates with specialist tool rooms across India — proficient in injection moulds, progressive dies, casting patterns, forging dies, and precision jigs & fixtures — to develop a tooling approach that balances dimensional accuracy, cycle time, and tool longevity. We manage the entire tool design and fabrication process, providing regular progress updates and dimensional inspection reports at each milestone: tool design approval, trial shots, dimensional validation, and final tool sign-off.


Prototyping is conducted in controlled conditions with full dimensional inspection against your drawing tolerances. We supply First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, including dimensional reports, material test certificates, surface finish measurements, and functional test results where applicable. All prototype samples are carefully packaged and dispatched with complete documentation, enabling your engineering and quality teams to conduct a thorough review against your acceptance criteria.


Sample approval is managed as a formal gate process. We track all customer feedback, coordinate corrective actions with the manufacturer, and manage re-sampling cycles until final approval is granted. Once approved, the tooling and process parameters are locked, and we establish a robust control plan to ensure that every subsequent production batch replicates the approved sample standard — giving you complete confidence as you move into full-scale manufacturing.

Tooling ownership is determined by your commercial agreement. In most cases, clients who fund the tooling own it outright. We document this clearly in the tooling agreement and maintain a tooling register that is accessible to you at any time.
For well-defined designs, one or two iterations are usually sufficient. More complex parts with tight tolerances or multiple sub-components may require three to four iterations. We provide detailed dimensional reports after each trial to guide rapid convergence toward the approved standard.
We manage injection moulds, compression moulds, progressive stamping dies, blanking dies, casting patterns (sand, investment, die casting), forging dies, deep draw dies, jigs and fixtures, and checking gauges across a wide range of materials and complexity levels.
